The Poland roadshow was designed less as a technical pitch and more as a structured trust-building session. Aligned with Europe’s validation-driven culture, we put standards and process first, while clarifying scope and responsibilities across the project. Rather than ending with interest, we presented an execution-ready framework: data sharing and sampling criteria, test and pilot design, KPI alignment, configuration finalization, delivery and commissioning, operational stabilization, and after-sales support. In short, Poland was not about explaining the technology longer, but about demonstrating a collaboration model that is ready to be validated and executed.
