The Beijing roadshow was a hands-on market environment where exhibition, consulting, and networking happen simultaneously. Conversations moved fast: people see the technology at the booth, ask direct questions, and often want to discuss partnership structure and next steps on the spot. In this setting, technology alone is not enough. Trust requires clarity on business structure, partner roles, service scope, responsibility boundaries, and communication lines. The real starting point is not “how good the machine is,” but “who owns what, how operations will be stabilized, and how risks will be managed.”

I presented ELODE not only as a “reduction result,” but as a full operational solution that customers can actually run: operational stability under variable sludge conditions, maintenance fundamentals (inspection routines, consumables, preventive maintenance), and a practical training and support system (engineer training, initial stabilization support, data-driven tuning). From a collaboration perspective, I also highlighted how service responsibilities should be defined across the full lifecycle, from installation and commissioning to after-sales support, and how local partners and HQ should align on execution standards.

I further stressed that early-stage cooperation should follow a disciplined step-by-step approach—non-confidential sharing → site data collection → test planning—rather than overpromising. This phased method reduces uncertainty, manages expectations, and allows both performance and economics to be validated before commercial commitments. Ultimately, the Beijing roadshow reaffirmed a key principle for China: technology and execution structure must be presented as one integrated package to earn trust.


2023年北京路演是一种典型的“现场型市场”环境,展览、咨询与社交网络同时进行。交流节奏非常快:参观者在展位看到技术后会立即提出问题,并常常希望当场讨论潜在合作结构与下一步推进方式。在这样的市场里,仅有技术优势远远不够。建立信任必须把商业结构讲清楚,包括合作伙伴角色、服务范围、责任边界以及沟通机制。换句话说,合作的起点往往不是“设备有多好”,而是“谁负责什么、如何确保可运营性、如何管理风险”。

因此,我介绍 ELODE 时并不只强调“减量结果”,而是把它呈现为客户能够真正落地运行的整体解决方案:面对污泥性质波动时的运行稳定性(可复现性与风险控制)、维护管理要点(点检周期、易耗件、预防性维护)、以及培训与支持体系(工程师培训、初期运行稳定化支持、基于数据的参数优化)。在合作层面,我也强调必须明确从安装、调试到售后服务的全流程责任分工,提前界定本地合作伙伴与总部支持的边界与执行标准。

同时,我明确指出:在合作初期,过度承诺往往会放大风险。更安全也更高效的方式是按步骤推进:非机密资料共享 → 现场信息与数据收集(污泥/运行参数) → 测试方案规划。这种分阶段路径能够降低不确定性、合理管理预期,并在做出商业承诺之前,同时验证性能与经济性。北京路演最终再次印证了一个关键原则:在中国市场,赢得信任需要把“技术”与“可执行的业务与服务结构”作为一个整体来呈现。
