
The 2018 Ho Chi Minh City roadshow combined exhibition-style promotion with on-site technical consultations. In a fast-paced expo setting where attention is measured in seconds, we delivered a clear core message upfront, then moved high-intent visitors into deeper table discussions. In other words, the roadshow was designed to achieve both “rapid understanding” and “engineering-level review” within the same venue.
Visitors asked focused, practical questions about equipment configuration, operating concepts, applicable sludge types, and expected reduction outcomes. The most common theme was applicability: “Will it work on our sludge?”, “Where is the strongest impact zone?”, and “What does operation and maintenance look like in reality?” Instead of staying at the principle level, we provided decision criteria and boundary conditions. We guided stakeholders with a consistent sequence: secure field data (sludge properties, conductivity, moisture range, stickiness) → design for applicability (process integration, target DS, operating and maintenance assumptions) → validate through demonstration. This helped convert curiosity into a verifiable next step.
Many stakeholders showed strong interest in OPEX, energy savings, and carbon reduction. Discussions naturally shifted from equipment price to total cost of ownership, reinforcing that ELODE’s value proposition is aligned with real market needs. This roadshow further refined how we run global exhibitions: clear messaging upfront, followed by deep technical consulting that leads to validation and partnership-building. It reaffirmed our view that exhibitions are not the end of promotion, but the first gateway to field verification and long-term collaboration.
